For the renovation of the crisis room at the Provincial Government Building Leuven, an environment was created to support dialogue, focus and decision-making. The design brings functionality and comfort together in a representative meeting space where important conversations and decisions take place.
The interior was carefully considered in terms of materials, finishes, flooring and seating comfort. The ergonomic chairs are aligned with the room’s audiovisual facilities and acoustic properties, ensuring users are fully supported during meetings and crisis situations.
The result is a balanced, future-proof meeting environment where technology, comfort and bespoke design come together. A space designed to facilitate collaboration and support decision-making when it matters most.
At the heart of the space is a generous bespoke Casus table. Serving as both the physical and visual centrepiece of the meeting room, it comfortably accommodates larger groups while maintaining a clear sense of connection between participants. Its refined detailing and strong architectural presence complement the representative character of the interior, while the generous dimensions provide the ideal setting for meetings, presentations, and collaborative discussions.
An impression of the renovated meeting space, where bespoke design, technology and comfort come together to support collaboration and decision-making.
